Mr. Georgi accompanied me in a process that was extremely important to me. I thought long and hard about how to describe the collaboration as briefly and accurately as possible. In addition to many positive aspects, what was the one outstanding point for me that ultimately made Mr. Georgi’s support so valuable for me? It may sound simple, but it isn't: I felt understood.
Very good - that's how I felt about the coaching by Ralf. Sessions with him have all been via video during the Covid19 pandemic. In conversations with him, despite the physical distance, I always had the feeling of being able to deal with each other very personally and in a protected space. He understood excellently what moved me in all my topics. The way he asked questions gave me the feeling that I could really make progress even in critical and challenging situations. I found it excellent that Ralf was able to raise topics from the interpersonal level and make them clear as a perspective question. This is exactly what a professional coach is needed to be able to take on this helicopter perspective. Ralf's flexibility was also very important to me: that I could address ad hoc issues and discuss results with him. This is something that I have always perceived as a very great added value.
We engaged Mr. Georgi as fascilitator for a meeting on the realignment of our strategy. Both the preparation and the follow-up of the meeting by Mr. Georgi were very helpful. In particular, he knew how to constructively advance our considerations through specific questions and helpful comments. This also included concrete agreements and deadlines for implementation. Due to his appealing and very empathetic nature, working with Mr. Georgi is always pleasant and very trusting.
During my coaching with Ralf Georgi, unexpected new challenges arose in my professional life. Suddenly there were completely different topics that I had to deal with. An eloquent fascilitator who knows exactly what he is talking about. Mr. Georgi convinces iby bringing in his life experiences and thus also manages to arouse the interest of the audience for scientific fare (neurosciences) that is difficult to digest. He is brave enough to face an audience with his own life issues without losing professionalism. On the contrary: people feel understood and emotionally well taken care of by him. As a coach, he meets clients at eye level, as an appreciative process facilitator with a rich repertoire of methods. He knows how to get to the heart of things and how to charge development processes mentally and emotionally.
As part of a project presentation for an employment company for unemployed people with multiple placement obstacles, Mr. Georgi was responsible for the integration and participation of the project participants. He proved to be a sensitive and very sociable partner who was able to establish excellent contact with the target group through in-depth interviews. His methodical and journalistically convincing presentation of the results made the project a very good success with a very positive external effect on customers and cooperation partners.
