Mr. Georgi has been working with us on various levels for three years now. This ranges from individual coaching to team coaching in various constellations, including conflict management, to moderating strategy meetings. In particular, his extensive experience, his likeable personality and his ability to quickly understand situations and processes help us a lot. We are convinced that without his support we would not have been able to initiate certain processes in the company or implement them in the desired manner, manner and scope. We would like to thank him in all forms for his service and look forward to continued good, goal-oriented and successful cooperation.
My coaching with Ralf began about three years ago. Opening up to someone I usually only open up to, if ever, my best friend, while simultaneously feeling like he was acting as a kind of external observer, was a completely new and enriching experience for me. Looking back, this collaboration is the best thing that has happened to me in my professional life over the past few years. Even though, or perhaps precisely because, everything seems easier and more logical to me now, I'm certain that I wouldn't be where I am professionally today, but would still be stuck in the same patterns with ever-increasing dissatisfaction. I am incredibly grateful to Ralf for accompanying me on this journey and supporting me in making the decisions that still feel right today.
My curiosity and motivation to work with Ralf was based on our first introduction immediate; his mentioning of phenomenology as a way to interpret and understanding the machinations of the business world struck a cord which has continued throughout our professional relationship. It has been a huge source of relief to know and learn about different ways to see the workplace and its interactions but at the same time to still be confronted when my beliefs or prior approaches have failed. It is this dynamic between method and application which has been most valuable in our interactions.
A person who consistently works on himself and lives what he conveys to others. He struck me as an empathetic companion who perceives very precisely and uses his expressiveness to carefully reflect and question observations and work out desirable changes. Also interesting is his master's thesis on life events and belief systems, in which he presents a new and interesting coaching model that couples with scientific research in this area.
We engaged Mr. Georgi as fascilitator for a meeting on the realignment of our strategy. Both the preparation and the follow-up of the meeting by Mr. Georgi were very helpful. In particular, he knew how to constructively advance our considerations through specific questions and helpful comments. This also included concrete agreements and deadlines for implementation. Due to his appealing and very empathetic nature, working with Mr. Georgi is always pleasant and very trusting.
In my new role as a senior manager, I had the opportunity to participate in a year-long coaching program with Ralf. I always found our weekly sessions incredibly valuable and helpful. Ralf showed me new perspectives and methods, broadened my understanding of problems, and helped me to consider my challenges in all their facets. I always looked forward to our exchanges because, in addition to his high level of professional expertise, Ralf is simply a great guy and an excellent sparring partner.
An eloquent fascilitator who knows exactly what he is talking about. Mr. Georgi convinces iby bringing in his life experiences and thus also manages to arouse the interest of the audience for scientific fare (neurosciences) that is difficult to digest. He is brave enough to face an audience with his own life issues without losing professionalism. On the contrary: people feel understood and emotionally well taken care of by him. As a coach, he meets clients at eye level, as an appreciative process facilitator with a rich repertoire of methods. He knows how to get to the heart of things and how to charge development processes mentally and emotionally.
Thank you to my executive coach, Ralf! It is incredible valuable to get your perspective and sparring in navigating the opportunities and challenges of today's management and life. Kudos!
Oh dear, how do I find a coach who is right for me? Answer: Follow your gut feeling. In keeping with this motto, I chose Ralf Georgi as my coach. And Ralf's scientific CV, coupled with a good dose of practical relevance, confirmed my decision after the first time I met him. For me the optimal combination when defining, internalizing and implementing my coaching goals. I was also able to incorporate ad hoc topics at any time, which made the collaboration so valuable for me. I was lucky enough to be able to work with Ralf for a longer period of time and appreciate his emphatic and direct manner. Today I can summarize that the friendly, professional exchange with the often outside-the-box suggestions was a great enrichment for my everyday management work and has had a positive impact. My coach tip: Ralf Georgi!
Very good - that's how I felt about the coaching by Ralf. Sessions with him have all been via video during the Covid19 pandemic. In conversations with him, despite the physical distance, I always had the feeling of being able to deal with each other very personally and in a protected space. He understood excellently what moved me in all my topics. The way he asked questions gave me the feeling that I could really make progress even in critical and challenging situations. I found it excellent that Ralf was able to raise topics from the interpersonal level and make them clear as a perspective question. This is exactly what a professional coach is needed to be able to take on this helicopter perspective. Ralf's flexibility was also very important to me: that I could address ad hoc issues and discuss results with him. This is something that I have always perceived as a very great added value.
During my coaching with Ralf Georgi, unexpected new challenges arose in my professional life. Suddenly there were completely different topics that I had to deal with. So it was a serendipity that I was coached by Ralf Georgi. It was important for me at that moment to examine my situation from different perspectives in order to recognize the new opportunities, which I was able to do thanks to the coaching. Ralf Georgi stood by my side with his methodical approach, his listening, understanding and questions and last but not least with his empathy.
We particularly value Mr. Georgi for his ability to patiently analyze. In doing so, he sets the basis for further questions and the right impulses in complex processes and circumstances. Coupled with his authentically positive nature, working together is always a win.
I appreciate Mr. Georgi's personal and honest commitment to the development of our still young company, Klimagriff GmbH. As managing director, I like his foresight in personal and trustworthy advice. These conversations have saved me from missteps on one or two occasions.
As part of a project presentation for an employment company for unemployed people with multiple placement obstacles, Mr. Georgi was responsible for the integration and participation of the project participants. He proved to be a sensitive and very sociable partner who was able to establish excellent contact with the target group through in-depth interviews. His methodical and journalistically convincing presentation of the results made the project a very good success with a very positive external effect on customers and cooperation partners.
Mr. Georgi accompanied me in a process that was extremely important to me. I thought long and hard about how to describe the collaboration as briefly and accurately as possible. In addition to many positive aspects, what was the one outstanding point for me that ultimately made Mr. Georgi’s support so valuable for me? It may sound simple, but it isn't: I felt understood.
