What's on my mind
A short answer: I'm dealing with "Personal Mastery". Peter Senge developed this term for his concept of the learning organization. Basically, it is about the ancient ideal of self-government, represented above all in the Stoa. Dealing creatively with the challenges of one's own life - that is the central motif. I am motivated very much to follow that idea for my own life and pass on my knowledge and experience in dealing with these processes to my customers. And that in a wide variety of settings, one-on-one, in working with teams and in cooperation with organizations. For me and the people I work with, this is a kind of "expedition", always exploring new territory. Let's just get to know each other!
