As an expert in energy storage systems and battery technologies, Achim has held high international management positions as CTO and CEO, most recently as CEO of Mutlu Akü, the Istanbul flagship of the Metair Group with over 1,000 employees. The organizational consultant and physicist counts intercultural communication and leadership in foreign cultures among his core competencies.

Falko combines strong practical experience with scientific expertise. In addition to various teaching positions at the European Business School Schloss, the University of Kassel and the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Falko is Editor-in-Chief of the magazine "Gruppe. Interaction. Organization. (GIO)" and author of several specialist books in the context of systemic organizational consulting.

As co-founder of Swapwork, Thomas is a proven expert in the economy for the common good. Together with us he breaks new ground in organizational development. On our expedition, Thomas aims for a real and honest synthesis between economic success and social interests. Finding new ways, that's what our expedition stands for.

Anne is a nursing expert, business economist and organizational developer in healthcare systems. Operationally, she knows the work in the health system from the bottom up and developed her picture of organizations from the perspective of all hierarchical levels. Among other things, she accompanied the merger of three hospitals in the area of tension between humanitarian orders and economic measures.

Before Claudia switched to consulting many years ago, the business graduate was CEO of a company in the tourism industry. As an attentive observer of what is happening in consulting processes, she now transforms companies from combat to art mode. With a view to how change processes come to a standstill, she pays attention to the phenomenon of “procrastination”, among other issues of organizational performance.

My passion for mental expeditions also led me to Network 108. We all know: the most valuable professional encounters on a collegial level that stay with us as memories. I didn't want to leave it at that. That's how this community was born. An agile, sociocratic circle organization with proven field competences in a variety of industrial and service segments.
